Symptom narrative

Patient had Redness, swelling, and itching encircling upper right arm. Notified pharmacy on evening of 6/23/25. Swelling had gone down some, but the site still itched. Advised patient to take oral benadryl 25mg every 6 hours as needed and to notify physician or urgent care if swelling increased of patient experienced shortness of breath.
