Symptom narrative

Patient described a "speckled" rash that looked like chicken pox around the area of the injection site. Rather severe pain extending up through shoulder and neck. General malaise, muscle pain, feeling of being unwell. No fever noted. All symptoms occurring within 24 hours of vaccination.
