Symptom narrative

Patient received vaccine on 6/18/25. Was achy and weak in arm for 3-4 days. Then on 6/23/25, patient reports redness and tenderness in most of her right arm. Was very concerned and made an appointment to follow up with physician. Was given antibiotics per patient on 6/23/25 and on 6/24/25 reported swelling reduced and improvement in arm.
