Symptom narrative

First night I had fever, chills, joint pain, and ached all over. Took ibuprofen in the middle of the night but still felt awful. Fatigued all day and too tired to think, unable to work. Two days later, left arm injection site is red and warm to touch. Feels like I've been punched in the deltoid.
