Patient had an episode of dizziness that lasted approximately 3-5 minutes and visual disturbances. This event was at 7:45 a.m. It caused him to fall into a piece of equipment and hurt his right-side mid back. At 07:48 BP was 152/88. He denied chest pain, shortness of breath and was not diaphoretic. He did state that he had not had anything to eat this morning. At 07:50 BP was 148/88, RR 16, Oxygen saturation was 99%, heart rate was 88. Patient was provided a snack and water. 07:55 he says that he is no longer dizzy and just says his back hurts. Ice was provided for his back.
