Symptom narrative

Patient had significant soreness of the injection site for days afterwards. He was seen in urgent care 03/31/2025 and was diagnosed with pain in upper arm, cellulitis in left upper limb and other serum reaction due to vaccination. Patient was given antibiotics and short course of oral steroid.
