Symptom narrative

8/3/21- Days after first Covid shot in left arm, pain in left shoulder began and has continued unabated ever since. Had second Covid shot on 8/25/21 this time in right arm because of pain on left shoulder. Just a few days later, 9/1, right shoulder exhibited pain very similar to pain in left shoulder following first shot. This pain has continued to this day, most times requiring acetaminophen and naproxen at bedtime to control the pain so I can get to sleep.
