Symptom narrative

Purpuric rash bilateral LE and abdomen. Diagnosed at ED, no notes available for review at time of this submission. Received prednisone and hydroxyzine at ED and symptoms resolved after about 1 week.

Hypothyroidism, obesity status post lap band placement and subsequent removal, hypertension, insomnia, osteoarthritis, osteopenia, allergic rhinitis

Hydroxyzine 25 mg daily, levothyroxine 100 mcg daily, lisinopril 20 mg daily
