Symptom narrative

The pt tolerated the injection well and felt fine until she was going to bed a noticed she had a hard time lifting her arm. The next day she had body aches, felt feverish, body felt warm the touch. Pt took Tylenol with little help for the headache. Wed night she noted redness on her left arm (not the area of the shot) areas were tender to the touch.
