Symptom narrative

Patient came in to ask about whether she should receive another dose due to a reaction she had with the 1st dose in February. Patient reported itching started in the evening of injection. The next day she woke up with a red, swollen, itchy arm from the injection site to her wrist. She said the symptoms persisted until day 4 when they started to improve. By the 6th day the symptoms had resolved.
