Symptom narrative

Patient was given Bexero vaccine in left Deltoid and approximately one hour after injection started with swelling of lips, Hives on arm and redness around injection site, itchy and watery eyes, wheezing and chest tightness. Patient contacted her mother that advised her to take Benadryl, symptoms improved after a few minutes. Patient was seen by the provider today in the office, no more hives, but still with swelling of the arm and at the injection site.
