Symptom narrative

Approximately 15 minutes after administration of vaccines in primary care clinic, parent and pt in lobby alerted staff that pt c/o blurred vision, then developed tonic-clonic movments of 4 limbs that lasted a few seconds as well as lateral eye movements. She did not fall or sustain injury. Pt then asked what had happened and remained alert and oriented. Mother described the incident as a seizure. Given lack of hx of seizures, the parent was asked to take the pt to the Emergency Department for further evaluation (seizure vs syncope).
