Symptom narrative

6/16 developed right supraclavicular adenopathy , tender, followed by arthralgias of the right fingers and wrist, then left fingers and wrist , subsequently cervical and thoracic paraspinal tenderness to the right- all mild , able to conduct her daily activities.

Medical history

Breast cancer diagnosed June 30, 2021. Treatment (surgery, chemo, radiation) finished Mar 2022. In remission. Last checkup in May with dull detailed physical exam without palpable adenopathy anywhere.

Letrozole , garlic, turmeric, ginger, probiotic, fish oil, multivitamin, vitamin D/calcium

visited an urgent care , they checked for lyme and gave her doxycycline
