Pt received 3 vaccines(capvaxive/boostrix/twinrix) on 5/23, now pt presents to the pharmacy on 6/30 to inform us that she is having excessive pain and weakness in her arm- she is unable to lift her arm fully without feeling pain and unable to hold objects without it falling out of her hand. Injection site reaction was free from redness or swelling
