Symptom narrative

Pt stated that her arm was numb the night after receiving the vaccine. The next day it was red and swollen and had quarter sized lump at the injection site. Hives/itchy rash surrounded the lump. Pt took benadryl which helped with the itching for a while, but wore off and the itching started again. Vaccine was given 3 days ago. Pt still has some swelling and itchiness but severity has decreased since day 1.
