Menveo plus Administration after temperature excursion; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incorrect storage of drug in a 16-year-old male patient who received Men ACWY-CRM NVS (Menveo) (batch number 57H54, expiry date 31-JAN-2026) for prophylaxis. On 20-JUN-2025 13:10, the patient received Menveo. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced incorrect storage of drug (Verbatim: Menveo plus Administration after temperature excursion). The outcome of the incorrect storage of drug was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 24-JUN-2025 Pharmacist called to verify if doses of vaccines that have been exposed to low temperatures should be repeated and Menveo (1 vial) Temperature was 26.5 degree Fahrenheit stored and received on 20th June 2025 which led to incorrect storage of drug.
