The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: THINKING ABNORMAL (non-serious), outcome "unknown", described as "multiversal experiences of parallel universes". Additional information: That was clarified and confirmed with the caller. Stated he took vaccination back in 2019 he got it from pharmacy. Clarified he got the vaccination Pfizer for corona. Reported he was experiencing multiversal experiences of parallel universes. How long did report take. Declined to report, he was late to therapy at redacted clinic. He might had to call back later. When queried reporter type caller stated they called him Dr. Redacted. He was a quantum theorist. They could contact him on his handler with social media.
