A 72-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received BNT162b2 omicron (kp.2) (COMIRNATY (2024-2025 FORMULA)), on 13Jun2025 at 09:45 as dose 01, single at the age of 72 years intramuscular, in left deltoid for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Celiac" (unspecified if ongoing); "exercise intolerance associated with abnormal thyroid levels" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hashimoto's" (unspecified if ongoing); "Hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing); "exercise intolerance" (unspecified if ongoing); "Statins Allergy" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: SYNTHROID; HCTZ.
