We Had A Patient Who Received First dose on 6/10/2024, And Did Not Receive The 2nd Dose; Initial report received on 17-Jun-2025. A pharmacist reported that a 20-year-old male (race and ethnicity not reported) received HEPLISAV-B (hepatitis B vaccine) for hepatitis B immunization but had not yet received the second dose. No medical history or concomitant medication were reported. On 10-Jun-2024, the patient received dose 1 of a hepatitis B vaccine [HEPLISAV-B (lot # 943005, expiration date 30-Sep-2025, NDC #, site, and route not available). At the time of this report, the patient had not received the second dose yet. The first dose was said to have been administered at a different facility than the reporter's facility.
