got a partial dose of Kinrix because the child started crying; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of accidental underdose in a 4-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number Y49BZ, expiry date 17-MAY-2026) for prophylaxis. On 25-JUN-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 25-JUN-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced accidental underdose (Verbatim: got a partial dose of Kinrix because the child started crying ).
