no adverse event; the 2 year old patient was given GARDASIL 9 in error; This spontaneous report was received from a Consumer referring to a 2-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, concomitant therapies, and drug reactions/allergies were not reported. On 01-Jul-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) in error, administered by Health Professional as prophylaxis (dose, route of administration, lot #, and expiration date were not reported) (Product administered to patient of inappropriate age). No symptoms were reported (no adverse event). Lot # is being requested and will be submitted if received.
