Patient received Boostrix and Shingrix (dose one of two) on April 18, 2025 at approximately 4pm. Patient developed rash and irritation in the injection site area five days later on April 23, 2025. She sought care from her provider on April 25, 2025 and was diagnosed with cellulitis and received antibiotics.
