Symptom narrative

Arm soreness lasting >1 week, soreness spreading to whole arm outside of the injection site. Warmth at injection site. Vaccine administration technique was appropriate, injection site not too high up on the arm. Patient also complaining of feeling lightheaded the past week or so as well.
