got first Shingrix shot 2 years ago but forgot to get 2nd shot; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (shot 2 years ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after not receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: got first Shingrix shot 2 years ago but forgot to get 2nd shot). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable.
