Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Additional Details: Vaccination given and patient discharged to waiting room. Patient came back saying she felt like was going to pass out. Patient was laid down on exam table and BP taken was 82/50. Water given to patient and she said that she was feeling better and BP was 94/68. Waiting a few more minutes after and BP was checked again with patient sitting on edge of bed and was 102/76. Symptoms resolved and patient discharged.
