Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Shakiness-Mild, Additional Details: pt recived vaccine and sat down after gave both parents two vaccines each thereafter so good 5 minutes time lapsed. mom asked pt to come in and change out the bandage. bandaged changed out by rxist and thats when pt fainted forward hitting door with face and went down face down. called 911 immediately. while waiting for them pt was alert and aware. first responders came and assessed pt and refused to go to hospital citing she was ok, aware, coherent and cognizant of what happened. pt and parent
