Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Additional Details: Patient reports having a red swollen arm and visited the urgent care to receive antibiotics in order to help in case there is an infection on top of the allergic reaction. Patient states that the injection was given lower than usual and started having an allergic reaction a day or so later. The arm is red and swollen.
