Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Additional Details: pt came in 6/30/25 for us to examine arm post vaccine, reported pain, swelling,redness and lump near injection. upon examination, small 1inch mildly red bump, counseled pt this is common site reaction post vaccines, recommened ice, tylenol, advil, and monitering, if red patch grows, pain increases, fever/chills, pus or signs of infection, contact md, pt will f/u with us within couple of days
