Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Mild, Additional Details: 10 min after tdap vaccine pt was walking out of Target store when she told her mom she didn't feel well. Mom and customer guided her to sit on floor. She fainted once on floor. She came to within 30 seconds. Customer called 911. Target called code green and came to alert RPh. Pt did not go in ambulance but was checked by EMT. She said she had not eaten all day and felt better and was going to get dinner. Have not been able to reach her for more follow up.
