Site: Itching at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Mild, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Mild, Additional Details: pt states where her injection was it was warm and swollen a little and red, the swelling did go down and there is till some mild itching and a bruise above the injection site pt is ok and did not have any other diffciulties
