Symptom narrative

On 7/7 during an outreach call, the patient stated that she experienced the most painful vaccine on 6/13/25. She stated that she had an approx 3 inch circle of swelling for approx 1 week and continues to have swelling and pain when lifting arm and an approx 1 and 3/4 inch hard swollen spot where administered. She alleges the vaccine was administered too low on the arm.

Medical history

hyperlipidemia, ligament disorder, pain or migraine.

amoxicillin, erythromycin, sudafed, Penicillin, SSRIs
