Symptom narrative

Pt. had a syncopal episode shorty after injection at 11:29 am. This happened once to the patient in the past when he was getting his blood drawn. Pt. stayed in seat, but episode lasted around 10 seconds. Pt. came to and experienced clamminess, pale skin, low BP and nausea. Patient sat about 15 minutes and condition improved back to baseline.
