the patient received the second shingles shot on 6/24/25. she called the pharmacy on 7/7/5 to report that she had rash all over her body and her eyelid a eek after she received the second shingles shot. she also had a low grade fever. patient still having itchy rash on her body and she will see a doctor on 7/9/2025
