Symptom narrative

Patient experienced a syncopal episode in her chair at 1:34 pm. Pt. regained consciousness around 5-10 seconds later but experienced dizziness, blurry vision, hearing impairment, nausea and clammy skin. Pt. recovered to baseline within 15 minutes. Grandparent and patient left facility with no difficulty.
