Symptom narrative

Head to toe rash. Rash spots are light red and circular. On bilateral legs, rash spots are larger with a red outline and a purple middle. Rash is slightly raised at the outline spots. Rash is not itchy or painful. Symptoms began 07/05. Rash has spreaded and worsened since 07/05. Rash spots are continuing to get bigger. Mom has tried loose clothing, cool wash cloth, and limiting time outside. No relief with treatment so far.
