After receiving the vaccine with two doses, I was given my treatment for MS, which is Ocrevus. Dr (name withheld) checked my titers after the second dose of the vaccine, and it was clear that I had immunity. Titers looked good. I then took my dose of Ocrevus. One week later, Dr. (name withheld) checked my titers again for the COVID-19 vaccine, and they were no longer detectable. We suspect that Ocrevus, which is used to deplete B-cells, is also depleting the vaccine. I reported this to (withheld) in June of 2020.
