Symptom narrative

Pt broke out into hives, bilateral feet and hand swelling, and proceeded to the ED at 11:21 PM arrival time on 7/2/25. Pt given Benadryl, Famotidine, Motrin, Decadron and Zyrtec in the ED. Pt seen in ED again on 7/3/2025 at a different ED for bilat feet/hand swelling, headache, back ache, stumbling around and falling. Vomited on the way to the ED. Pt was given more Zyrtec and Pepcid, Prednisone and Zofran

Current illness

Pt has been stung 16 times on 6/22/25 seen in the ED given PO steroids due to hives
