Symptom narrative

Proceeded to get sick, pain in my chest severe, finally told I had Shingles left chest breast area around to my back 11/1/24 @ E.R. after I spent past 10+ days trying to get help from (withheld) medical and then E.R. all these months later I am still trying to recover still today

Current illness

None. Had a partial laproscopic vaginal hysterectomy 4/25/24, received blood transfusion 5/29/24 due to complications from hysterectomy
