Symptom narrative

Immediately after receiving the vaccine, I started itching at the injection site only. Within 30 minutes after receiving the vaccine I became very dizzy, felt like I was going to pass out. I was very lethargic, confused, and having trouble focusing. My blood pressure dropped. I drank a lot of water thinking I was just dehydrated which didn't help. Went home from work. Slept for about 4 hours and still felt no different. Extreme exhaustion with still feeling like I was going to pass out. This lasted the rest of the day and night. The next morning I felt normal. My arm swelled for days the entire upper arm area with redness and tenderness.
