On June 24, 2025, my minor son was brought to Pharmacy, to receive the meningitis vaccine as required by Public Schools. However, the pharmacist mistakenly administered the MMR vaccine. The error was discovered when my son reviewed the receipt after the appointment. My wife returned to the pharmacy the same day, and the staff confirmed that the wrong vaccine had been administered. I followed up with the pharmacist the next day. While my son is not currently experiencing symptoms, we are monitoring him closely. This incident has caused emotional distress and raised concerns about inadequate safeguards in place to verify correct vaccine administration.
