Admitted to the hospital and diagnosed with myopericarditis without CAD. Treatment started with Colchicine daily and ibuprofen three times daily x 3 month course.

6/30/2025, troponin level 21,500, ECG normal, cardiac cath - no CAD, Cardiac MRI findings consistent with myocarditis, TTE hypokinesis of entire posterior lateral wall, distal anterior wall and mid to distal lateral wall.
