Symptom narrative

bad large area of lower back stiffness and pain. My back was great before. It started within a day. it's been 22 days and still it's somewhat stiff and painful. I associate it with normal use of EMS based HIIT exercise I did the day before. It drains me for a few days. I won't be getting vaccines again right after I do EMS. Could just be a coincidence.
