Symptom narrative

The client was sitting in the lobby with a translator and was given a drink and candy per her request. Suddenly, she became limp, pale, and nonverbally responsive. She was moved into a recliner and her feet were elevated, airway checked, and vitals were WNL. oxygen was available, sternal rub completed with no reaction, applied cool compress and fan.
