Symptom narrative

Progressive ventricular heart arrhythmia with pre-syncope, chest pain and hardship breathing; followed by pericarditis, enlarged right ventricle; hospitalization after 4 weeks as symptoms progressed; scheduled for heart surgery (catheterization ablation) in October 2021; post-surgery chest pain and vascular inflammation treated with high-dose ibuprofen; followed by undiagnosed autoimmune disorder first noticed as skin rash in January 2022, later diagnosed as granuloma annulare.
