A 64-year-old female patient (not pregnant) received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 01Jul2025 as dose number unknown, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 64 years for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history and concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: VACCINATION SITE ERYTHEMA (non-serious), VACCINATION SITE SWELLING (non-serious) all with onset 02Jul2025, outcome "not recovered" and all described as "Redness at the injection site and swollen". It was unknown if therapeutic measures were taken as a result of vaccination site erythema, vaccination site swelling. No follow-up attempts are possible.
