A 73-year-old female patient received pneumococcal 20-valent conjugate vaccine (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 17Jun2025 as dose 1, single (Batch/Lot number: unknown) at the age of 73 years for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Smoker" (unspecified if ongoing); "osteoporosis" (unspecified if ongoing); "Allergy" (unspecified if ongoing). The patient's concomitant medications were not reported. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 17Jun2025, outcome "recovering", described as "pain in both legs for 3 plus weeks". Therapeutic measures were not taken as a result of pain in extremity.
