Symptom narrative

Patient immediately felt lightheaded after vaccine. She walked to checkout after a few minutes and fainted. We had patient sit for about 20 minutes gave her water, crackers, and a popsicle. We checked her BP. She stated she felt better and mother agreed to go home.
