Symptom narrative

Patient reported that pain at the injection site began almost immediately upon administration. She reported sharp, stabbing pain in her shoulder and very limited mobility. CNM referred patient to physical therapy and patient saw her PCP as well. Patient reported that her PCP also gave a referral for Physical Therapy and she has an appointment on 7/23/25. Patient is currently pregnant and due on 9/29/25.
