Hoarseness onset 6/14/25. No response to antibiotic and prednisone.

H/O atrial tachycardia, hyperlipidemia, allergic rhinitis

Metoprolol ER, Lipitor, Eliquis, Spironolactone, multivitamins, Vitamin C, Zyrtec, Singulair, Trelegy, Flonase, atrovent nasal spray, Azelastine nasal spray

Lab data

Saw ENT and had laryngoscopy 6/26/25. Found left vocal cord paralysis. Had CT head, neck, chest which were negative.
