On 01-JUL-2025, the patient received Menveo. On 01-JUL-2025, an unknown time after receiving Menveo, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Menveo - Administration of only the liquid component.) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Menveo - Administration of only the liquid component.).
